All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. While we take care to ensure accuracy, all prices and information are subject to change without notice.
In the event of an incorrect price or shipping fee being displayed, we reserve the right to request the correct payment or cancel the order and provide a full refund.

We are not registered for GST, therefore prices displayed are not inclusive of GST. You are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or charges imposed by government agencies or customs.
All products and services are subject to availability. Should an item, booking, or service be unavailable, you may be offered a store credit, reschedule, or refund. We aim to dispatch product orders within the stated shipping timeframes and notify you of any unexpected delays.
To minimise waste, packaging is kept minimal. Invoices are sent electronically.

When booking services (such as classes, retreats, or coaching programs), full payment or deposits may be required. Spaces are limited, and your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellation policies for services and events will be provided at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, preorder products may be offered. Payment is required upfront, with estimated delivery timeframes provided on each item listing. Delays can occasionally occur due to supplier or shipping issues outside our control.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled, however a cancellation fee may apply. Once orders are packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit if your product or service has a major problem (e.g., faulty, unsafe, significantly different from description).
If returning products:
Items must be in original condition.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges or store credits will be issued once items are returned and inspected.
Breezygirl Coach B is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping – please package items securely.
