EmpowHER with Coach B

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all participants attending any retreat, workshop, or event hosted by EmpowHER with Coach B. By registering for a retreat or event, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies provided on our website or during the booking process. “You” refers to any participant at an event hosted by EmpowHER with Coach B.

BOOKINGS

1. Age Requirement: All participants must be 18 years or older.

2. Booking Process: To secure your spot, you must provide required information and pay the non-refundable deposit stated in your booking invoice. 

3. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation from us. Please review your booking details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors.

4. Payment Terms: Full payment is required by the due date. Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

5. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will forfeit your reservation and deposit & payments made.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

1. A deposit (noted on invoice) is required to secure a reservation, with full payment due by the DUE DATE on invoice.

2. If you are booking a retreat within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure the reservation.

3. Payment plans will be offered.

4. If wanting to pay via Afterpay or Credit Card – the fees incurred will be passed to the attendee. Eg. Afterpay fees are 6% + 30c every transaction. Credit Card fees are 2.9% + 30c every transaction.

5. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before departure.

6. Valid credit card details are mandatory before check-in.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

1. All deposit payments are non-refundable.

2. Deposits & Booking Payments may be transferable at our discretion.

3. Cancellations by Participant: Refunds for cancellations are not guaranteed and are at our discretion.

4. Cancellations by EmpowHER with Coach B: If a retreat is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a transfer to a future event or refund the fees paid.

ACCOMMODATION & ROOM SHARING

1. Guests will be sharing a room with one other woman during their stay. We ask that you respect the privacy and comfort of your roommate(s) throughout the retreat.

2. If you have any specific preferences or concerns regarding room sharing, please inform us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

TRAVEL & INSURANCE

1. Travel Arrangements: You are responsible for your own travel to and from the retreat location. (Eg. Flights or Driving)

2. Insurance: We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks, as EmpowHER with Coach B is not liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury during the retreat.

SPECIAL REQUESTS & HEALTH INFORMATION

1. Special Requests: Dietary or other specific requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests will be met.

2. Health Information: You must inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your participation. Failure to disclose health information may result in cancellation of your booking at our discretion.

CONDUCT DURING RETREATS

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, participants must:

Act respectfully toward all attendees, staff, and third parties.

Avoid inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior.

Abide by any additional rules set out by EmpowHER with Coach B.

We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in behavior deemed harmful or disruptive, without refund.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Retreat schedules and activities are subject to change based on local circumstances, weather, or other factors. We will notify you of significant changes as soon as possible.

COACHING & WORKSHOPS

1. Participation: Coaching and workshop participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Disclaimer: Coaching sessions are not therapy or medical treatment. You should consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

CONFIDENTIALITY

During group sessions, participants may share personal information. You agree to respect the confidentiality of others and not disclose sensitive information outside the retreat setting. Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the retreat and legal action.

LIABILITY

EmpowHER with Coach B is not liable for:

Any personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the retreat.

Loss or damage to personal property.

Changes to the itinerary or cancellations beyond our control.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the retreat, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be referred to independent mediation, with both parties responsible for their own costs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Materials provided during the retreat are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission from EmpowHER with Coach B.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or videos may be taken over the entire duration of the retreat. These images and recordings may be used by EmpowHER with Coach B for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be included in photographs or videos, please notify me at the start of the event, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference.

PRICING ERRORS

While we strive to ensure all information provided is accurate, occasional errors in pricing or other details may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and provide updated pricing information. If this affects your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to proceed with the corrected pricing or cancel your reservation.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By attending an event with EmpowHER with Coach B, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
