"STEP. DANCE. THRIVE" Mid-Year Reset

  • Challenge yourself, step out of comfort zones and growth will happen! 

STARTS Sunday 1st June THROUGH to Monday 30th June

This empowering challenge is all about creating healthy habits, step or dance out of comfort zones and encourage your internal growth.

Each week, you’ll tackle three components with the addition of a NUTRITION MEAL PLAN!

  • HIP HOP STEP OR DANCE FITNESS ROUTINE
    Every third day the requirement will be to learn a small routine in either hip hop step or dance fitness.
    – Hip Hop Step Videos WITH calls will be provided to ensure you can learn alongside me.
    – Dance Fitness videos for you to follow along!

  • BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES
    Every day you will be required to complete a series of bodyweight exercises to build strength and tone your body.

  • WELLNESS TASKS
    A strong focus on your internal well-being via journaling, and activities to help build your confidence and self-awareness.


  • STRUCTURED MEAL PLANS
    If you would like this option – each week (as a group) we will be given a meal plan to follow to set ourselves up for success! The goal is to create good habits and a healthy relationship with food.
