EmpowHER with Coach B

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all participants attending any retreat, workshop, or event hosted by EmpowHER with Coach B. By registering for a retreat or event, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies provided on our website or during the booking process. “You” refers to any participant at an event hosted by EmpowHER with Coach B.

CHALLENGE & PARTICIPATION:

1. Access to challenge materials is granted upon full registration and payment.

2. Participation in the challenge is voluntary and all workouts, activities, and tasks are to be completed at your own pace and ability.

STRUCTURED MEAL PLANS (Opt-In)

1. Participants who opt in will receive group-based structured meal plans created by a qualified nutritionist.

2. These plans are designed to support the challenge as a whole and are not personalised to individual needs.

3. Outcomes may vary based on individual health, preferences, and lifestyle.

4. Any allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements should be managed independently in consultation with a healthcare professional.

5. Meal plans are for personal use only and must not be copied, redistributed, or shared.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

1. All challenge payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the challenge begins.

2. A weekly payment plan is available, with payments due each Friday prior to the new challenge week.

3. Missed or late payments may result in paused access to challenge materials until payment is received.

HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

1. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in movement-based and wellness activities.

2. Please consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.

3. Coach B and EmpowHER with Coach B are not liable for injuries sustained during the challenge.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

1. This is a supportive, judgment-free zone.

2. Encouragement and respect are expected — any negative or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the challenge.

USE OF CONTENT

1. All content shared by Coach B in the challenge (videos, materials, resources) is for personal use only and may not be distributed or shared outside of the group.

2. Coach B reserves the right to reuse testimonials, feedback, or wins (with consent) for promotional purposes.

1. Your personal details will only be used to communicate updates and resources related to this challenge or EmpowHER offerings you’ve opted into.
