It’s a chance to engage in fun and empowHERing activities, foster new friendships, and take part in workshops and experiences that inspire personal growth. This retreat combines fitness, relaxation, and celebration in a supportive, uplifting environment, creating lasting memories and a renewed sense of confidence and empowHERment.

Nestled in the heart of Main Beach on the Gold Coast, Xanadu Main Beach Resort offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your getaway. Boasting stunning ocean views, modern apartments, and world-class amenities, it’s a haven for relaxation and connection. Enjoy the resort’s lush gardens, heated pools, and tennis courts, or take a short stroll to the pristine beach and nearby boutique cafes and restaurants. Xanadu is the ideal setting to unwind, recharge, and create unforgettable memories.
Guests will be sharing a 2 bedroom apartment – with maximum 4 person occupancy. Room 1 with King Bed and Room 2 with 2 singles.

I’m the founder of EmpowHER with Coach B, where I guide women like you to build confidence, embrace self-love, and step into your powHER. Through my coaching, workshops, and girls getaway retreats like this one, I aim to create spaces where women feel supported, inspired, and connected.
As someone who understands the juggling act of life—both as a mum and a busy professional—I’m passionate about helping women prioritise their well-being and uncover their greatness. My mission is to remind you that you’re capable of more than you think and deserving of every bit of joy and success life has to offer.

All girls getaway retreats are subject to availability. Conditions apply. All rates are per person, in Australian dollars.
Guests will be assigned apartments with the intention of stepping outside your comfort zone and fostering new friendships.
